Overview

This is a full-size, floor-standing jewelry laser welder rated at 200 W, for workshops that weld every day and want a fixed station. The operator sits at the cabinet and works the piece through the two side hand ports. You aim with the binocular microscope or the camera image and fire pulses of 0.1–10 ms at 1–30 Hz.

A 7-inch high-definition display shows the work area at 20× magnification. That helps prevent misplaced or missed welds and lets you check each repair. The spot adjusts from 0.1 to 3.0 mm, with a 0.3 mm minimum for fine work.

Configuration

  • Laser: 200 W, 1064 nm.
  • Pulse and spot: 0.1–10 ms, 1–30 Hz; spot 0.1–3.0 mm, minimum 0.3 mm.
  • Viewing: binocular microscope plus built-in camera on a 7-inch HD display (20×).
  • Cooling: built-in chiller on the FW200C; a separate chiller unit of about 390 × 550 × 650 mm on the FW200A/B.
  • Cabinet: vertical, on castors, about 460 × 700 × 1230 mm (FW200A/B).
  • Power: AC 220 V ±10 %, 50/60 Hz, under 5 kW.
  • Weight: 82 kg net (FW200C); 128 kg packed.

Typical applications

  • Gold and silver jewelry repair
  • Filling holes and porosity in castings
  • Chain and jump-ring welding, including permanent jewelry
  • Fine watch repair

The vertical layout keeps the workbench free and gives a dedicated welding station in a busy workshop. For a desktop machine with filler-wire capability, compare the 150 W MW-K100-200.

Options and customization

Three versions are listed: FW200A, FW200B and FW200C. The main difference shown is how the chiller is fitted. We can adapt voltage and plug for your market. Every machine carries our 2-year whole-machine warranty, and operator training at our Wuhan factory is free.

FAQ

About this machine

What is the difference between the FW200A/B and the FW200C?

All three are 200 W versions. The FW200C parameter table lists a chiller built into the machine; the FW200A/B are shown with a separate chiller on castors. Ask us for the exact differences between versions A and B.

How much floor space does it need?

The FW200A/B cabinet is about 460 × 700 mm at the base and 1230 mm tall, with a 390 × 550 mm chiller beside it. Both stand on castors.

What electrical supply is required?

AC 220 V ±10 %, 50/60 Hz, with machine power under 5 kW. Have the circuit checked before installation; we can adapt the plug and voltage for your country.

Is it suitable for permanent jewelry?

It is listed for permanent jewelry as well as general repair. The 0.3 mm minimum spot and adjustable pulse width and frequency allow small welds on fine chain. As a floor-standing machine, it suits a fixed workstation rather than a mobile setup.
