A high-power laser rust remover in a mobile cabinet. It comes as an air-cooled 500 W unit or a water-cooled 1000 W unit. A 15 m fiber and a 1.9 kg handheld head let one operator clean large steel parts, frames and structures. It can also be mounted for automated cleaning.
This is our mid-power laser rust remover for workshops that clean large parts. The laser beam travels through a 15 m fiber to a handheld head. A scanner in the head sweeps the beam across the surface. Rust, paint, oxide and residue absorb the energy and are removed, while the metal underneath stays intact when the settings are right. No abrasive, solvent or water is used, so there is no media to clean up afterwards.
A 500 W or 1000 W laser covers the middle ground between our compact pulsed units and the 1500–3000 W MW-LCW cleaners.
The machine has a 2-year whole-machine warranty, and operator training at our Wuhan factory is free.

FAQ
The MW-LC500D has 500 W of laser power and is air-cooled. It draws up to 4000 W and weighs about 240 kg. The MW-LC1000D has 1000 W and is water-cooled. It draws up to 8000 W and weighs about 280 kg. Both use the same 15 m fiber, cleaning head and cabinet size.
In single-axis mode the scan line is adjustable from 5 to 120 mm. In dual-axis mode the head scans an area of at least 120 × 60 mm, and you can set the length and width separately.
It runs on single-phase 220 V ±10 %, 50/60 Hz. A 110 V, 50 Hz version is available. Plan for up to 4000 W (500 W model) or 8000 W (1000 W model) at the socket.
A high-power beam puts heat into the part. On thin sheet, precision moulds or aluminium, start at low power and test first, or choose a pulsed cleaner. Send us a sample and we will run a test.
Yes. Both models can run handheld or automated, with the head mounted on a fixture or robot. Tell us about your parts and line, and we will confirm the setup.
