Models · MW-LCW1500 · MW-LCW2000 · MW-LCW3000
A water-cooled continuous-wave fiber laser cleaner for removing heavy rust, thick paint and mill scale from large steel surfaces. It suits shipyards, steel structure and tank maintenance, and weld-prep lines that need area coverage more than a delicate finish. The cleaning width reaches 300 mm.
The MW-LCW is our high-power continuous-wave (CW) laser cleaner. A fiber laser of 1500, 2000 or 3000 W sends a constant beam through a 15 m cable to a handheld cleaning head. The head scans the beam across the surface. Rust, paint and scale absorb the energy and lift off, so no blasting media, solvents or chemicals are used.
CW cleaning trades fine surface control for speed. It is the right tool when you need to clear large steel areas of heavy rust or thick paint. For delicate parts, choose one of our pulsed cleaners instead.
Every machine has a 2-year whole-machine warranty, and we train your operators for free at our Wuhan factory.

FAQ
All three share the same cabinet, cable and cleaning width. Higher power removes thick rust and paint faster per pass, so 3000 W fits large areas and heavy layers. Note that the 3000 W model needs a 380 V supply, while 1500 and 2000 W run on 220 V.
A continuous-wave beam puts more heat into the part than a pulsed laser. On thin sheet, precision moulds or aluminium where the surface must not change, a pulsed cleaner is the better choice. We can test your part before you order.
Cooling is built into the cabinet: a 3.8 kW water-cooling unit with temperature and water-level display and alarm codes. Ask us which coolant and water quality to use in your climate.
It ships in a wooden crate. Packed weight is 260 kg and net weight is 240 kg. Ask us for crate dimensions for your freight quote.
Yes. The standard cable is 15 m and other lengths are available. The front logo plate can carry your own brand, and we can adapt plugs to your country.
