Overview

The MW-LS50 is a small, light laser rust removal machine for precise work. A 50 W fiber laser sends its beam through a Sino-Galvo scanner in the handheld head. The scanner traces a cleaning track from 1 to 20 mm wide and up to 100 mm long. It removes rust, coatings, paint and oxide from the surface without grinding or contact. The thermal effect is low and the substrate is not damaged.

Because the track is so precise, you can clean an exact spot and leave the area around it untouched. The machine works stand-alone: plug it in, switch it on and start cleaning. It uses no chemical cleaning liquid or other consumables, so there is no secondary pollution and running costs stay low.

What can a 50 W laser cleaner remove?

It removes light rust, oxide and thin coatings, and it is very precise on small areas. For heavy rust, thick paint or large surfaces, choose a 100 W or higher unit, or one of our high-power cleaners.

Why is the cleaning width only 1–20 mm?

A narrow scan concentrates the 50 W beam, which keeps cleaning effective at this power. It suits edges, spots, weld areas and marked zones. The cleaning length can be set from 1 to 100 mm.

Does it need a computer?

No. The machine works stand-alone. You switch it on and can start cleaning right away.
