All-in-One Desktop Jewelry Laser Welder 100 W (MW-ST100W mini)

Overview

The MW-ST100W mini is a compact jewelry laser welder with everything in one cabinet. The laser heats the metal surface with short pulses; the heat conducts into the part and forms a small, controlled weld pool. You set pulse width, energy and frequency to suit the job, from a fine tack on a chain link to filling a pinhole in a casting.

The machine has both a binocular microscope and a camera. The 7-inch high-definition display shows the work area at 20× magnification. That helps you avoid misplaced or missed welds and check a repair before the piece leaves the bench.

Configuration

• Laser: pulsed, 1064 nm, 80 W or 100 W; power adjustable from 1 to 100 %.
• Pulse: 0.1–10 ms, 1–30 Hz.
• Spot: adjustable from 0.1 to 3.0 mm, with a 0.3 mm minimum.
• Viewing: binocular microscope plus built-in camera on a 7-inch HD display (20×).
• Controls: key switch and emergency stop on the front panel.
• Cooling: air-cooled, no water chiller.
• Power: AC 220 V ±10 %, 50/60 Hz, under 2 kW.
• Cabinet: 510 × 295 × 420 mm. It ships in a 720 × 380 × 460 mm wooden crate, 38 kg gross.
