Automatic 3D UV Floor Printer MW-GP200

Models · MW-GP200

The MW-GP200 is a dedicated floor printer: a print beam on a wheeled base that moves across the floor and prints decorative graphics, logos and 3D-effect images directly onto it. Two Epson heads print at up to 1440 × 2880 dpi, the aluminium frame folds in half for transport, and the machine draws only 20–250 W. It is built for floors; if you also need to print walls, choose the MW-GP400 or the Track-Type 2-in-1.

Overview

The MW-GP200 prints images straight onto floors. A print beam sits on a wheeled base; the print carriage runs along the beam and the machine moves across the floor to build up the image. Typical jobs are decorative floor art, 3D-effect images, logos and wayfinding in car parks, shops and showrooms.

Two Epson heads print at resolutions from 360 × 720 dpi up to 1440 × 2880 dpi. A bidirectional sensor and dual ultrasonic sensors keep the head at the right height over the surface.

Configuration

  • Heads: two Epson heads.
  • Ink supply: negative-pressure system with one supply line per colour and a 4-colour ink tank.
  • Frame: aluminium structure that folds in half; stable base that resists deformation.
  • Drive: imported servo motors; low-noise drag chain for the cables.
  • Control: wired operation; prints photos from a phone or camera and downloaded images.
  • Power: about 20 W idle and 250 W maximum.
  • Noise: under 20 dBA on standby, under 72 dBA while printing.

Typical applications

Decorative floors in car parks, garages, shops and showrooms; floor logos and wayfinding; 3D-effect floor art. Besides floor tiles and concrete, the printer handles wood boards, PVC, acrylic and metal plates.

Choose the MW-GP200 when floors are your main business. If you also print murals, the MW-GP400 prints both walls and floors with CMYK + white UV ink, and the Track-Type 2-in-1 does the same with Epson I1600 heads.

FAQ

About this machine

What floors can it print on?

Ceramic tile, concrete and other smooth floor surfaces, plus boards such as wood, PVC, acrylic and metal. Test a small area on sealed or coated floors first.

How large an image can it print?

The machine prints in strips and moves across the floor, so large images are built up section by section. Confirm the print width and maximum image size for your project with us.

How do I move it between sites?

The aluminium frame folds in half and the base runs on wheels.

How is it different from the MW-GP400?

The MW-GP200 is a dedicated floor printer. The MW-GP400 prints both walls and floors with CMYK + white UV ink.
