Automatic 3D Wall Printer MW-UP200 (Built-in Computer)

Models · MW-UP200

The MW-UP200 is a foldable direct-to-wall printer with the computer built into the machine, so you do not need a laptop on site. Two Epson heads print 2.5 m high with unlimited width, a bidirectional sensor follows curved and uneven surfaces, and the UV version adds a curing lamp for glass, tile and metal. It draws only 20–250 W and weighs 70 kg with four rails; the MW-UP200T is the same platform with an all-aluminium frame and dual ultrasonic sensors.

Overview

The MW-UP200 is an automatic direct-to-wall printer with its computer built in. You do not need a laptop on site: load a photo from a phone or camera, or a downloaded image, and the machine prints it on the wall. It prints 2.5 m high with unlimited width, moving along its rails band by band.

Two Epson heads print at resolutions from 360 × 720 dpi to 720 × 1440 dpi. A bidirectional sensor measures the surface above and below the head, so the printer follows curved and uneven walls. The UV version has a curing lamp, which lets it print fine images on almost any surface. UV prints are waterproof and resist sunlight without a separate protective coat.

Configuration

  • Heads: two Epson heads.
  • Ink supply: negative-pressure system with one supply line per colour and a 4-colour ink tank.
  • Control: built-in computer with wired operation.
  • Power: about 20 W idle and 250 W maximum.
  • Noise: under 20 dBA on standby, under 72 dBA while printing.
  • Size: 800 × 360 × 2500 mm in use; packed in a 900 × 510 × 1500 mm wooden case.
  • Weight: 70 kg (30 kg body plus 40 kg for four rails); 155 kg packed.

The machine folds and fits in a car, van or SUV.

FAQ

About this machine

Do I need a laptop to run it?

No. The computer is built into the machine. Load photos from a phone or camera, or downloaded images, and print.

What surfaces can it print on?

Interior and exterior putty and latex-paint walls, imitation porcelain, rice paper, canvas, wall cloth, glass, ceramic tile, wood boards, acrylic, PVC and metal plates. For glass, tile and metal we recommend the UV version with the curing lamp.

What is the difference between the MW-UP200 and the MW-UP200T?

They share the same heads, print size and power figures. The MW-UP200T adds an all-aluminium frame and stand base, dual ultrasonic sensors, imported servo motors and a low-noise drag chain.

How much power does it need?

It draws about 20 W idle and up to 250 W while printing. Confirm the supply voltage for your country when you order.
