Track-Type 2-in-1 Wall & Floor UV Printer, Epson I1600 (2025)

A 2025 UV wall printer that runs on wheels along a floor track and converts to floor printing, so one machine covers walls and floors. Two Epson I1600 heads print CMYK + white UV ink at 2880 dpi, 2.5 m high as standard (3.5 m optional) with unlimited width. Compared with the 45 kg wheel-type guide-rail printer it is heavier (120 kg) but taller and floor-capable; compared with the MW-GP400 wall and floor printer it uses newer I1600 heads and an open black aluminium mast.

Overview

The Track-Type 2-in-1 is our 2025 UV printer for both walls and floors. In wall mode it stands upright on a wheeled floor track. The print carriage runs up the black aluminium mast, prints a vertical band, and the machine steps along the track for the next band. In floor mode the print beam lies horizontally and prints onto the floor below it.

Two Epson I1600 heads print CMYK plus white UV ink at up to 2880 dpi. White ink lets you print on dark walls and floors and add a white base under colours. A UV lamp cures each pass, so the print is dry and handleable straight away. Standard print height is 2.5 m and the standard width is 6 m. A 3.5 m mast is available, and width is unlimited when you extend or move the track.

  • Heads and ink: two Epson I1600 heads, CMYK + white UV ink, ink tanks with a liquid-level alarm.
  • Curing: UV lamp box on the print carriage.
  • Positioning: distance sensors keep the head-to-surface gap; a red light marks the start point.
  • Head care: an electric capping station pumps ink and keeps the heads moist when idle.
  • Drive: track and belt drive; the mast nose folds for transport.
  • Control: touch-screen PC running Windows 10; USB 3.0 data link.
  • Power: single-phase AC 110–220 V, 50/60 Hz, 2000 W.

About this machine

What does 2-in-1 mean?

The same machine prints in two set-ups: upright in front of a wall, or laid horizontally over the floor. We show the change-over during training. Confirm the floor print area you need before ordering.

Which print heads does it use?

Two Epson I1600 heads with CMYK + white UV ink, at a 3.0 pl droplet and up to 2880 dpi.

How heavy is it to move?

The machine weighs 120 kg and rolls on wheels along its track. It ships in a 117 × 75 × 75 cm wooden case. If weight is your main concern, the wheel-type guide-rail printer weighs 45 kg.
