Overview

This is our 2025 light-weight UV wall printer for mural painters who move between sites. A slim black aluminium column carries the print carriage and a small control screen. The base can roll on its own wheels or run on guide rails, so you choose the set-up that suits the floor in front of the wall.

The printer prints 3 m high with unlimited width. Leave a 20 cm margin on every side of the image. It prints CMYK or CMYK + white UV ink at up to 2880 dpi, and a UV lamp cures each pass as it prints. Speed is 8 m²/h in draft and standard modes and 5 m²/h in high-resolution mode.

Ink and curing: UV ink with a liquid-level alarm; UV lamp box on the carriage.
Positioning: distance sensor on the carriage keeps the head-to-wall gap.

About this machine

When should I use the wheels and when the guide rails?

The printer can be assembled either way to suit the site. Wheels give a quick set-up on a flat floor; guide rails keep the line straight on uneven floors and long walls. Both are in the standard package.

How long does set-up take?

The machine splits into seven parts and goes together in 5–10 minutes. The heaviest single item, the print-head unit, weighs 6.9 kg.

Which print head should I choose?

It is offered with Epson DX10, DX7, I1600 or I3200 heads. Tell us your typical walls and monthly output and we will recommend one.

Can it run where mains power is unreliable?

A UPS power supply can be added on request. Standard supply is single-phase AC 110–220 V.

How does it compare with the Track-Type 2-in-1?

This model is lighter (45 kg against 120 kg) and quicker to assemble. The Track-Type 2-in-1 prints up to 3.5 m high and also converts to floor printing.
