Overview

The 1530 is our gantry fiber laser cutting machine for metal sheet up to 1500 × 3000 mm. A fiber laser source of 500 to 2200 W cuts parts straight from your drawing. There are no punches, dies or tool changes, and the parts come off the bed ready for bending or welding.

The machine is built for stable, repeatable accuracy. Positioning accuracy is ±0.02 mm and repeatability is ±0.01 mm on X and Y. Rapid moves run at up to 80 m/min with 1 g acceleration, which cuts the idle time between parts.

Configuration

Bed: welded high-grade carbon-steel structure. It is heat-treated at 650 °C to relieve stress, then finished by five-axis and large gantry milling for flatness and rigidity. The table takes up to 500 kg/m².
Beam: one-piece cast aluminium, light and stiff, and resistant to corrosion and oxidation.
Drive: rack and pinion on X and Y, driven by Fuji servo motors.
Laser source: Raycus, IPG or nLight fiber laser, 500 / 750 / 1000 / 1500 / 2200 W.
Cutting head: automatic focusing, so no manual focus adjustment is needed.
Control: BOCHU controller with CypCut software. It imports DXF and AI files and has an easy operator interface.
Utilities: 380 V supply. Machine weight is about 5.5 t.

About this machine

How thick can it cut?

Maximum thickness depends on laser power, material and assist gas. A 2200 W source cuts much thicker plate than a 500 W source. Send us your materials and thicknesses, and we will recommend a power option and confirm the cutting speed.

Which laser source brands can I choose?

You can choose a Raycus, IPG or nLight fiber laser source, in 500, 750, 1000, 1500 or 2200 W.

What files and software does it use?

The machine runs a BOCHU controller with CypCut software. CypCut imports DXF and AI files from your CAD or design program.

What do I need on site?

You need a 380 V supply and floor space for a 1500 × 3000 mm bed plus the laser source cabinet. The machine weighs about 5.5 t, so plan the unloading and floor loading. Ask us for the floor plan dimensions.

Can I inspect the machine before shipment?

Yes. You are welcome to inspect your machine at our factory in Wuhan, and we train your operators there free of charge.
